Digital Signage Preset RSS News Apps

  • Go to the Management Console.
  • Click on the playlist then the layer where you will add News App.
  • If the layer has no media, the apps dialog will open. Otherwise, click on Add New.
  • Click on News Apps.
  • Click on one of the preset news apps.
  • Choose one of the topics from the drop down(news, sports, entertainment, countries…), it depends on each RSS provider.
  • Select a theme.
  • Select Headline color, Description Color, and Background Color.
  • Choose Stories count (how many stories to get).
  • Click on Save.
  • Wait for the stories to be processed.
  • Check the stories and use the arrows on the sides to navigate left and right through them.
